2. Logistics & Freight Options for International Buyers

We recognize that large-scale food ingredient suppliers must integrate seamlessly with international corporate accounting and logistics structures. We offer two pathways for international shipping:

Buyer Sample Request → Option A: Buyer Provides Corporate DHL/FedEx Account → Immediate Dispatch

Option B: Dinweys Arranged Freight Quote (Corporate T/T, Credit Card, or Secure Escrow Services) → Payment Confirmation → Dispatch

  • Pathway A: Freight Collect (Recommended for Corporate Buyers)Provide your corporate logistics account number (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) during the inquiry phase. Dinweys® will waive all handling and preparation fees, dispatching the package securely under a “Freight Collect” arrangement.
  • Pathway B: Prepaid Freight QuotationIf you do not maintain a global courier account, our logistics department will source a competitive, real-time freight quote via our contracted corporate carriers. Freight payments can be settled swiftly via secure international channels prior to dispatch.

3. Industrial Export-Grade Packaging Protocols

Zero-Contamination Guarantee: To prevent cross-contamination, volatile oil loss, and ambient moisture absorption during international air transit, all Dinweys® samples undergo a rigorous multi-tier sealing protocol. Every sample container is affixed with an unalterable industrial tracking barcode, detailing the exact Product Name, Batch ID, ASTA Rating, Manufacture Date, and Allergen Status.

4. Regulatory, Documentation, & Import Compliance

Our technical team evaluates required specifications including ASTA value, particle size, sterilization level, and destination market compliance requirements (FDA / EU food regulations).

Prior to shipment, a complete documentation set is prepared, including Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Allergen Statement, and GMO Declaration where applicable.

Samples are sealed using high-barrier food-grade materials (vacuum or PE-lined packaging) to preserve color stability, aroma, and capsaicinoid integrity during transit.

Shipment is dispatched under customer carrier account or arranged freight service. Tracking number and shipping documents are provided immediately after handover.

⚠️ Customs Clearance Advisory: While Dinweys Biotech Co., Ltd. provides comprehensive origin documentation, the international importer maintains absolute legal responsibility for navigating localized customs clearance. Please verify with your country’s agricultural import division regarding specific Phytosanitary Certificates or unique spice import declarations prior to requesting dispatch.
